The Sleeping Bag Project

We want to extend a very warm Thank You to all who attended our Thank You Picnic in Hop Bottom, PA on Saturday September 20. God blessed us with beautiful weather so we could spend time with everyone. We filled our bellies with all of the wonderful dishes that were brought and shared our fellowship over the Chinese Auction.  We want to extend a big Thank You to Little Ireland who, with her beautiful smile and loads of energy, helped us by passing out the items that were won from the auction.

Please keep up the good work by helping us help our homeless neighbors.

There were about 60 young adults from Napal, Burma, India, South America and other countries that were interested in helping the poor in their part of the world. They were intense in their mission and asked many questions as they worked on the simple sleeping bag that could save a life. Each sleeping bag was signed with a zip code signature.
